Dhamma Resources

I mostly listen to Dhamma teachings on YouTube in Thai, since that’s my first language. Many of these resources are also available in English and other languages. I’ll keep updating this list whenever I find something useful.

Luang Pu Pramote Promajjo
I mainly follow Luang Pu Pramote’s way of practicing Cittanupassana (mind contemplation). He learned from many Thai Forest masters who were direct disciples of Luang Pu Mun, such as Luang Por Lee, Luang Pu Dune Atulo, Luang Pu Tate, and Luang Ta Maha Bua.

I recommend listening to his talks regularly without trying to grasp everything at once. Over time, the whole picture of Vipassana practice will become clearer. The main teaching is:

“มีสติ รู้กาย รู้ใจ ตามความเป็นจริง ด้วยจิตที่ตั้งมั่นและเป็นกลาง”
(With right mindfulness, know the body and mind as they truly are, with a stable and equanimous mind.)

Ajahn Suchart Abhijato
Ajahn Suchart practiced directly under Luang Ta Maha Bua. He offers weekly Dhamma talks via Zoom, which are also shared online.

Ajahn Buddhadasa Bhikkhu
Ajahn Buddhadasa was a highly influential Thai monk and founder of Suan Mokkh Monastery. His books and talks are widely available in English.

I’ll continue updating this resource page as I discover more valuable teachings.
